Located on Cadence Health’s Central DuPage Hospital campus and featuring a full array of resources, the Physician Treatment Center (PTC) is a convenient alternative to the physician’s private office or the emergency department.
Staffed by registered nurses and assistants, the PTC provides convenient outpatient care for a broad range of medical needs. Any physician on the medical staff of CDH may use the PTC to see patients.
The Physician Treatment Center at CDH is a unique service that offers a convenient location for the private physician affiliated with CDH to provide select treatments or procedures within the hospital setting.
Services may include physical examinations, diagnostic procedures, minor procedures and surgeries, outpatient antibiotic and infusion therapy (except chemotherapy), injections, wound care, spinal taps and more.
For patients whose physicians’ offices are not on the CDH campus, the PTC offers the benefits of receiving a wide range of care in a comfortable, convenient location within the hospital.
